Scheduling an Appointment

An initial session can be scheduled by contacting us at:

Day and evening appointments are available. Cost of services, possible insurance coverage, and confidentiality issues will be shared with you. Generally, appointments can be scheduled within a week of your call. In the case of an emergency, an appointment will be made sooner, if possible, or a referral to another professional or agency will be provided.

Dr. Bob Witchel is currently approved as a provider for Highmark Blue Cross/Blue Shield health plans (including Select Blue, PPO, and others), UPMC Health Plan, UPMC For Kids (CHIP), Value Options, Health Choices (Value Behavioral Health), Aetna, Devon Health Services, and Magellan Behavioral Health. You may need to contact your insurance company to get approval or authorization for psychological services.

Health Insurance Coverage- Many health insurance policies now include coverage for counseling and psychological services provided by a licensed psychologist or licensed professional counselor.

Deborah Witchel, MA, NCC, LPC is currently an approved provider for Highmark Blue Cross/Blue Shield (including Select Blue, PPO, Anthem and others), UPMC Health Plan, UPMC For Kids (CHIP), Aetna, Unison, Devon Health Services (i.e., Medical Mutual of Ohio); check your insurance card for the DEVON logo. Clients having Value Behavioral Health coverage can utilize their insurance when meeting with Debbie. If you do not have health insurance, Debbie will discuss her sliding scale when you call for an appointment.
